BRIEF

Cloudflare is a global connectivity and cloud security company serving enterprise organisations with complex digital needs.

They approached us to create a set of tailored sales-enablement decks for enterprise pitches. Each was designed to show how Cloudflare’s platform could address the specific challenges of a particular prospect.

By the time this project came up, we had already been working together for around two years.

RESPONSE

Cloudflare’s platform is technically sophisticated, but that complexity can be difficult to communicate clearly in a sales setting.

A standard corporate deck would not be enough. Each presentation had to feel relevant to the customer in the room while still staying aligned with Cloudflare’s brand and positioning.

PROCESS & COLLABORATION

We developed 10 tailored decks that translated Cloudflare’s technical offer into clearer business narratives.

Our role covered copy QC, image sourcing, deck structuring and presentation design.

While the overall presentation structure remained consistent across the series, we tailored the imagery and visual emphasis to better align each deck with the account it was built for.

OUTCOME

The result was a stronger set of pitch materials for Cloudflare’s sales team: presentations that felt more relevant, more polished and more customer-specific in high-stakes conversations.

Rather than using generic sales assets, they were able to present decks that reflected the audience’s world while positioning Cloudflare’s solutions more clearly.

The decks formed part of a wider pitching journey that also included a dedicated Cloudflare landing page.
