Helping Visa Consulting & Analytics Turn Employee Perspectives Into a Recruitment Campaign
Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) wanted to reach women entering consulting as well as experienced professionals ready to lead. This included audiences with different ambitions, questions and reasons for considering a new role.
One employer-branding message could not speak equally well to both. Click2View’s answer was a phased, employee-led campaign. Phase one brought together senior women from across VCA in a single film, paired with individual headshots used for LinkedIn quote cards. Phase two returned to that footage to create social cut-downs, then introduced three more women through two “Big Think” testimonial films and a “Day in the Life” story for early-career talent.
What began as one Women in VCA film grew into a multi-format recruitment campaign built around different stages of a consulting career.

BRIEF
VCA’s original brief was to create a video featuring women from its consulting team, supported by professional headshots and LinkedIn quote cards.
Each participant would discuss her work, motivations and experience at VCA. But these women did not represent one interchangeable employee experience. They occupied different roles and could answer different questions for potential candidates.
Treated as one film, their stories could introduce the women behind VCA. Expanded into a series, they could show candidates both what joining VCA might feel like and where that career could lead.
RESPONSE
The campaign needed to feel consistent without making every employee sound the same.
The participants were consultants rather than professional presenters. Click2View helped each woman communicate naturally while shaping several interviews into one coherent employer-brand story.
The audience created a second challenge. Graduates wanted to understand the everyday experience of the job, while director-level candidates were more interested in influence, professional growth and opportunities to lead.
PROCESS & COLLABORATION
We built the extended campaign around one principle: show each candidate the career through someone whose experience she could recognise.
For phase one, Click2View interviewed several senior women individually about their roles and motivations, and paired the film with individual headshots later used for LinkedIn quote cards.
Several months later, VCA returned to continue the campaign. Click2View created three 30-second social edits from the existing phase one footage, focusing individually on Nur, Sunali and Iryna, while a new round of filming brought in three women who hadn't featured in phase one.
Rada and Qandeel featured in two 60-second “Big Think” films about their work, professional perspectives and the impact of a consulting career.
Yosra represented the early-career experience through a 60-second “Day in the Life” film. Click2View followed her through an ordinary working day as she discussed her role, motivations and favourite parts of working with clients.
The different formats served different candidates. Senior professionals heard from women already leading within VCA; early-career candidates saw what joining the team could feel like in practice. Each hero film was also adapted into a 30-second social cut-down.
OUTCOME
What began as one collective employee film became a phased recruitment campaign with distinct stories for different career stages.
VCA’s decision to return and expand the work is the clearest evidence of how the original campaign was received. Rather than commissioning an unrelated concept, the client extended it with more focused formats, new employee stories and social-first edits.
The campaign moved beyond one video asking women to consider VCA. It became a recruitment content series showing different women why they chose to work there.
