Sales Enablement Content for ofi’s Lactorich Portfolio

Brief
ofi is a global food and beverage ingredients and solutions company, working across categories including cocoa, coffee, dairy, nuts and spices.
ofi needed sales enablement content to support its Lactorich dairy portfolio in customer conversations, social distribution and direct outreach.
Click2View worked on two Lactorich marketing asset series: Lactorich Blis Y5 and Lactorich Vers T7, creating product videos, customer story videos, LinkedIn content, WhatsApp copy and email assets designed to help ofi’s commercial teams explain product value more clearly.
After a pause in marketing activity, ofi wanted to restart engagement for Lactorich Blis Y5 with an always-on campaign that could rebuild interest and support new customer enquiries.
For Lactorich Vers T7, ofi needed a second series of marketing assets, including product and customer testimonial videos, with additional formats for LinkedIn and WhatsApp distribution.

RESPONSE
The content had to be designed to help sales and marketing teams explain the value of Lactorich clearly, credibly and quickly.
That meant combining product storytelling with customer proof. These assets needed to work across LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email and direct customer conversations.
The T7 project also required coordination across Dubai and Abidjan, with customer testimonial approvals and production partners managed across markets.
Subtitle localisation was part of the post-production scope. One of the testimonials was conducted in Arabic, and Click2View handled the translation and English subtitling in-house.
This kept the process consolidated and ensured the final assets were ready for distribution across ofi's markets without additional steps.

PROCESS & COLLABORATION
Click2View developed a suite of sales-ready content for both Lactorich campaigns.
For Y5, this included:
- a snackable product video,
- a customer story video,
- LinkedIn content,
- WhatsApp Business broadcast copy,
- email banner assets.
For T7, this included:
- a product video,
- a customer testimonial video,
- email signature and multiple video resolutions for LinkedIn and WhatsApp.
The work covered messaging, scriptwriting, interview questions, overseas production coordination, editing, motion graphics, subtitling and final exports.
As ofi’s distribution needs evolved, the assets were adapted to be easier to share directly through LinkedIn posts and WhatsApp broadcasts.
OUTCOME
The final assets gave ofi a stronger set of sales enablement tools for its Lactorich portfolio.
The Y5 campaign helped restart product marketing activity with a full suite of video, social, WhatsApp and email assets.
The T7 series gave ofi product and customer proof content that aligned with its commercial goals and could be used across direct sales and marketing channels.
Together, the work helped turn technical product information into clear, channel-ready content that ofi’s teams could actually use in customer engagement.
