Visa at SFF 2025: Turning Three Days of Festival Chaos Into Seven Stories That Lived Beyond the Event
Singapore FinTech Festival (SFF) puts every major fintech player on the same floor, all announcing, demoing, and competing for the same feeds at the same time. Visa came to SFF 2025 with more stories than any single recap could hold: AI-powered commerce, stablecoin pilots, new partnerships, leader perspectives on the future of money movement. Click2View's job was to make sure none of it got lost, during the event or after it. The answer was a seven-video social-first series, produced live and released on a staggered schedule, that let each story land on its own while building one larger narrative.

BRIEF
Visa's original brief was event coverage in the classic sense: booth footage, speaker interviews, product demos, and a highlight reel. Useful assets, but assets that typically live and die within the event week.
There was a bigger opportunity. Visa's SFF presence wasn't one story, it was many: live product demonstrations, senior leader perspectives, major announcements, and a point of view on where payments are headed. Treated as a single recap, those stories would compress into noise. Treated as a series, they could keep Visa in the feed for weeks.
Working closely with the Visa team, and shaped by their inputs and feedback along the way, the brief evolved into something sharper: convert three days of live activity into a structured content series, built for social from the ground up, released on a fast, staggered schedule that extended Visa's presence well beyond the festival floor.

RESPONSE
Everything about this project had to happen live, in real time, ideally with no second takes.
Festival environments are hostile to production. Schedules shift by the hour. Executives have minutes, not hours, between commitments. The booth is at its most visually compelling exactly when it's loudest and most crowded. Clean audio, strong visuals, and coherent storytelling all have to be captured in conditions designed against them.
Layered on top was an editorial challenge: each of these stories, from AI-powered commerce and Visa Intelligent Commerce to stablecoin pilots and Visa Direct, had to be focused enough for a social audience scrolling past hundreds of SFF posts, yet connected enough that together they read as one Visa narrative. And the staggered release schedule meant the first videos had to be turned around while the event was still running.

PROCESS & COLLABORATION
We built the series around a simple editorial rule: one video, one story, one reason to watch.
Instead of a generic event recap, coverage was shaped around individual content moments. Product and platform demonstrations got their own dedicated films, letting innovations like the Visa-as-a-Service booth experience and Scan to Pay enhancements breathe rather than flash past in a montage. Executive perspectives and partner conversations were captured as focused takeaways, giving leaders a clear platform without the pressure of carrying an entire recap. Announcement-led stories, including the stablecoin work with Nium, were packaged so the news and the why-it-matters went out together.
Production ran on festival time. Our crew worked embedded across the three days, adapting to shifting schedules and stakeholder availability, capturing broadcast-quality audio and visuals on an active show floor, and cutting the first releases while the event was still live so the staggered rollout could begin immediately.
The result was a series with range: seven videos, each self-contained on LinkedIn, each contributing a different piece to the same larger story of progress.

OUTCOME
Seven videos went live on Visa's LinkedIn across and beyond the festival window, converting a three-day physical event into weeks of sustained presence in the feed.
Across the series, the films drew more than 900 reactions and nearly 70 reshares on Visa's LinkedIn, with the Visa-as-a-Service booth showcase alone accounting for 278 reactions and 31 of those reshares. Senior Visa leaders were among those who reshared the coverage to their own networks.
The staggered release did what a single recap never could. Instead of one post competing with the entire industry's SFF content on the same day, Visa held a continuous position in the conversation: the wrap-up film anchoring the overall story, while dedicated pieces on stablecoin adoption, Visa Intelligent Commerce, money movement, and the commerce stack each reached the specific audiences who cared most about those topics.
