Zühlke x Hong Kong Jockey Club: Turning Transformation Work Into Credible Customer Proof
Digital transformation work is not always easy to explain from the outside. The value often sits in the partnership, the process, and the decisions made along the way, not just in the final product.

BRIEF
Zühlke, a global innovation service provider, had partnered with the Hong Kong Jockey Club on a major digital transformation project. They needed a case study video that could show the strength of that partnership and give future enterprise clients a credible example of Zühlke’s work in action.
Click2View was brought in to produce a polished, interview-led customer case study filmed on-site at HKJC in Hong Kong.
Zühlke needed a three-to-four-minute video case study for senior business decision-makers, digital transformation leads, and enterprise prospects across APAC and EMEA.
The film had to feel professional and polished, but not overly scripted. It needed to use real stakeholder voices from both Zühlke and HKJC to show the value of the project, the collaboration behind it, and the outcomes of the partnership.
The final deliverables included a 16:9 Full HD video, clean and burnt-in subtitle versions, interview footage, app screen share integration, light cityscape footage, titles, transitions, and Zühlke/HKJC branding.

RESPONSE
The challenge was not just filming a customer testimonial. It was turning a complex digital transformation project into a clear, credible, and visually engaging story for enterprise buyers.
To support this, Click2View held pre-briefing sessions with Zühlke and HKJC before the shoot, aligning on what to expect, what each interview needed to cover, and how the final story should come through on camera.
Because much of the project was technology-led, the team needed to avoid relying only on talking-head interviews or abstract descriptions of the work. The video had to feel grounded in a real partnership, while still giving viewers enough visual variety to understand the scale and context of the transformation.
That meant planning the shoot carefully around suitable interview locations, supporting b-roll, app visuals, and sourcing archive or stock footage that could help bring the story together. The interviews also needed to move at the right pace, with each stakeholder adding a distinct perspective without making the final film feel too technical or too promotional.

PROCESS & COLLABORATION
Click2View managed the project from pre-production through to final delivery.
This included client liaison, creative alignment, interviewee briefing, shoot planning, call sheets, on-site production in Hong Kong, editing, colour grading, audio mixing, transcription, subtitles, music, app screen share integration, titles, transitions, and final exports.
The shoot took place at HKJC in Hong Kong with a lean local production crew. The team filmed various stakeholder interviews with a two camera set-up, and captured supporting b-roll across HKJC spaces, including the office lobby, interview rooms, office, balcony shots, and group office scenes.
This gave the final film a strong sense of place, helping the story feel grounded in HKJC’s working environment rather than relying only on talking heads.
In post-production, Click2View shaped the interviews, b-roll, app visuals, stock footage, and branding into a clear customer proof story. When the narrative needed to be updated, the team reworked the sequence so the film ended on the strongest and most relevant voice.

OUTCOME
The final case study video gave Zühlke a polished customer proof asset for its website, YouTube, LinkedIn, and internal presentations. More importantly, it gave the team a credible way to show future clients how its digital transformation work looks in a real enterprise partnership.
For Click2View, the project showed the value of combining efficient regional production with editorial judgement. The team helped Zühlke turn a complex client relationship into a concise and professional case study video.
